I don't know about you but when I think of POLICE ACADEMY rip-offs, I think of RECRUITS. This Canadian lensed, Rafal Zielinski (SCREWBALLS) helmed abomination never once made me laugh. Being the sadist I am, that makes it pretty memorable in my book. And it even had a theme song.
